Through our investigation, we learned that there were quite a lot of transactions at the city's one-stop shop during this time, mainly related to land. The initial cause was determined to be due to people going to carry out land transactions, mortgages...
Mr. Huy - a citizen of Hung Loc commune said: During this time, there is an epidemic, when I went to the one-stop department to make a transaction, I knew it would be troublesome, but my family needed money and met a land seller so I had to transfer a plot of land, the appointment time was set so I had to try to finish it. When I came to make the transaction, I was healthy and normal, so I just needed to wear a mask and wash my hands with sanitizer, so I was probably fine.

Talking to us, Mr. Le Quoc Tuan - Director of the Office of Land Use Rights Registration of Vinh City said: In recent weeks, land transaction records, especially transfers and mortgage registration procedures for bank loans, have increased, with an average of 60 - 80 records having to be processed each day. These types of records must be processed, but the complicated development of the epidemic situation is also very worrying.
Currently, the Office is trying to serve the people but also hopes that superiors will have instructions to limit large gatherings at the City People's Committee.
