According to the regulations of Directive 16 of the Prime Minister on social distancing from April 1 to April 15, 2020, it is necessary to strictly maintain a minimum distance of 2m when communicating; no more than 2 people gather in public places, but this morning (April 3), there were still dozens of people standing close together at the ATM of Agribank (Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) in Yen Thanh town to withdraw money. There were even some people who were subjective and did not wear masks.

It was observed that this ATM did not have a bottle of hand sanitizer, nor did it have a note warning people to maintain good hygiene and wear masks.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tinh in Xuan Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district said: Knowing that gathering in crowded places during the epidemic will be very dangerous, but because of necessity, I still have to go to the ATM to withdraw money. If the bank puts a bottle of hand sanitizer in, it will be better.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duc - Director of Agribank Yen Thanh admitted that there was no hand sanitizer bottle at the ATM for customers to wash their hands. Regarding the issue of customers entering the office, the unit assigned a security guard to regulate customers to ensure distance, but due to the large number of customers entering, there were many difficulties.
