Many projects continue to pay compensation and support to people affected by natural disasters.
(Baonghean.vn) - Several large hydropower projects in Tuong Duong district continue to pay compensation and support local people affected by natural disasters.
Tuong Duong is a locality with many hydropower projects and infrastructure construction projects. Ensuring a stable life for people after the projects are implemented, especially after resettlement, is extremely important.
In fact, some resettlement projects for people in Tuong Duong district were located in locations with steep slopes, high risk of landslides, and unsafe conditions, so after a short time, local people moved to other places, built temporary houses on the banks of rivers and streams, leaving behind abandoned resettlement houses.

It can be seen that, although the support for people affected by natural disasters, as well as the payment of housing repair support costs for large projects in the area, has not been carried out in a timely manner.
However, the supported funds will partly help people stabilize their lives and ensure "settling down" when the projects are implemented and put into operation./.
