North-South Expressway construction workers illegally sold oil

Dien Chau District Police have just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 4 suspects in a property theft case that occurred at the construction site of the North-South Expressway Project passing through Dien Chau District.

The North-South Expressway project through Dien Chau district is currently under construction. Recently, there have been signs of loss of some engine oil at the project site.

Through professional investigation and verification measures, on August 16, Dien Chau District Police arrested 4 related subjects including: Dao Anh Dung (born in 1976, residing in Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province), Tran Cong Danh (born in 1993, residing in Minh Hop Commune, Quy Hop District, Nghe An), Dinh Van Hao (born in 1991) and Nguyen The Dung (born in 1987), all residing in Dien Phu Commune, Dien Chau District.

It is known that Dao Anh Dung, Dinh Van Hao and Tran Cong Danh are workers of Hoa Hiep Company Limited (the unit that is constructing the North-South Expressway section Dien Chau - Bai Vot). Dao Anh Dung is assigned to manage the company's generator, Hao and Danh are excavator operators. On the evening of August 12, when given 5 barrels of diesel oil to generate electricity, the 3 subjects sold 2 barrels of oil to Nguyen The Dung for 6 million VND.

Currently, Dien Chau District Police have initiated a case and prosecuted Dao Anh Dung, Dinh Van Hao, and Tran Cong Danh for "Theft of property"; and Nguyen The Dung for "Receiving property obtained by others through criminal acts".
