During that journey, the Newspaper has always had the companionship, sharing and following of the Editors-in-Chief through the periods, they always put their trust and expectations in the team of journalists in the province.

The fourth industrial revolution is extremely powerful, vibrant, and widespread, posing opportunities but also many challenges, as we are currently living in a digital society and digital media. Nghe An press or press in general must strive to master technology. Fortunately, for many years now,Nghe An Newspaperhas built a converged newsroom, has applied new technology to build a new press agency. Nghe An Newspaper's publications, especially on the electronic newspaperbaonghean.vnThere have been many integrated forms including radio and television, meeting the needs of readers. In the stormy development of digital transformation, Nghe An Newspaper has had truly remarkable changes, changing both quality and quantity from form to content.

At this point, the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station will merge into one unit, thus increasing resources significantly. However, to be able to transform digitally more strongly, we need to remember the following:

Nowadays, when talking about digital journalism and digital transformation, we have to talk about big data, and in big data, we have to talk about artificial intelligence, creative journalism, solution journalism, etc. We must not only grasp those terms, but also implement them well. To do so, any reporter must work seriously and always improve themselves, because nowadays, artificial intelligence reports very quickly, but it only speaks "one voice", while human intelligence can make a difference.

Because artificial intelligence is a powerful tool for humans, many press corporations are laying off many employees today. Therefore, reporters must improve their writing style. Currently, I see many shortcomings in the way reporters write, that is, there is still a situation of writing long, while today readers need to read short, concise articles that compress information. People only read long articles when they are very good articles, articles that really touch social life. Therefore, journalistic products must be attractive, useful, and attract many people. A good article that is read by few people is not acceptable, but on the contrary, there are articles with sensational headlines that attract likes, views, and lack ideological orientation and humanity, which must also be reviewed. Therefore, towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, we must promote humanity, orientation, modernity, and must have a professional way of thinking in journalism.

As a son of Nghe An, a former reporter for Nghe An Radio and Television Station and growing up from the Station and then to Nghe An Newspaper, I think that the thing I am most proud of is always being diligent in learning, learning without stopping. Reporters, editors, technicians must self-study, not be satisfied with learning, must demand of themselves and surpass themselves. Creative journalism requires people to be extremely serious, reporters must be both red-blooded and professional, always open-minded, and cultivate professional ethics. At the same time, reporters must choose for themselves a truly specialized field. Our ancestors said: "One profession for nine is better than ninety professions", journalism in the new era requires specialization and professionalism. This will create a strong collective, helping the provincial press agency develop.

As a regular reader of Nghe An Newspaper, including both print and electronic newspapers, I am very happy and proud that today there is an elite team that continues the tradition of Nghe An Newspaper. In the digital age, the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper and journalists have quickly learned and mastered modern technologies. I have noticed that on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that Nghe An Newspaper is applying, there is information that is both oriented and new with many ways of transmission that are very attractive to readers.

Faced with the urgent demands of life and journalism in digital technology, Nghe An Newspaper is one of the local Party newspapers that has been proactive, active and performed well in digital transformation. The timely actions, urgent policies, and scientific measures of the Newspaper have brought about positive results, improving the quality of both print and electronic newspapers, creating a deep, long-term and solid trust of readers in and outside the province.

Nowadays, not only journalism, but all areas of life are being impacted and greatly influenced by artificial intelligence. Journalists need to take full advantage of the benefits that AI brings, from synthesizing information and knowledge. Without that knowledge and technological foundation, it is very difficult for journalists to exploit information. But on the other hand, we absolutely do not let ourselves depend on AI, because AI is general knowledge, general knowledge, but each journalistic work is the individual product of each individual, of each newspaper. Therefore, besides the common, exploiting and applying the common, we still have to take the path of promoting thoroughly, exploiting well to create something unique. Our works contribute to the data source of AI, not that we depend on it.

In the future, when the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station come into a big house, there will be a full force of all types of press, including printed newspapers, electronic newspapers, television and radio. This will create a new strength. When we know how to promote the strength of the collective, the strength will be multiplied. This will be a new page of Nghe An Press when entering a new era.

I can say that I am a regular reader of Nghe An Newspaper, I regularly update information of Nghe An Newspaper every day. Every time we attend the Party cell meeting, the Secretary of the residential area Party cell always disseminates domestic and international information, from which we have more useful information taken from Nghe An Newspaper.

Since working at Nghe An Newspaper, I have been very aware of the development of electronic newspapers and quickly had a direction for this publication. From that early stage until now, Nghe An Electronic Newspaper has made great strides in development, and I am very happy to know that Nghe An Newspaper has the highest number of visits in the country, especially in the local press sector.

Through following Nghe An Newspaper recently, I see that the publications have an attractive form, a fast and rich way of conveying information; in terms of content, the Newspaper has shown a very high orientation, cultural and political nature. Especially, information about domestic and international news, politics, culture, society, and sports is updated very quickly and richly by the Newspaper, impressing readers. It must be said that Nghe An Electronic Newspaper is very loved by readers, as soon as they open their phones, they can access information in the province, the country and internationally in many rich forms...

Hopefully, in the future, after implementing the major policy, the merged Nghe An Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station will be multiplied in strength, and the brothers will unite to develop Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station to match the traditional history of the provincial Party newspaper...

Realizing that digital transformation is an inevitable trend, Nghe An Newspaper has proactively transformed digitally in depth with a roadmap. First, we advised the Provincial Party Committee to issue a Project on digital transformation in 2022 associated with the period from 2022 - 2027, with a link to 2030. In the 2 years of implementing the project, we were in the top 2 of local newspapers with digital transformation maturity, considered an excellent digital transformation unit. To have that process is the effort of a very ambitious collective.

We identify strengths to capture and create momentum for the newspaper's development, which is the readership trend and multi-platform development. In the Editorial Board's vision, we have identified YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok as important platforms for development. In addition, we also identify fanpages, YouTube, and Tiktok as main publications, which is how we respect reality. It is from these strategic steps that Nghe An Newspaper has the largest readership among local newspaper readers.

Second, to meet the digital transformation trend, we focus on technological innovation. Our Party has just issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, so we must have a breakthrough in vision as well as partners. First, in 2022, we approached the FBI unit of Bao Moi, the leading unit at that time, to change the new interface; but by 2024, we realized that we had to connect with another unit to solve SEO problems and content distribution problems, and we connected with NEKO again and we "launched" the new interface OneCMS.

The third point is that we focus deeply on the issue of human resources, which is digital transformation journalists. We cannot carry out digital transformation without the human factor. We "elevate" our brothers by connecting with high-level human resource groups outside. For example, on electronic newspapers, we connect NEKO to create OneCMS; on YouTube, we connect with Google News, on Facebook, we also connect with the leading address to get the highest level of knowledge. Up to now, we have had in-depth digital transformation, there have been 2 CMS conversions; there are 3 specialized pages on in-depth data journalism pages, which are the press page about President Ho Chi Minh and his hometown Nghe An; the data page about Nghe Tinh Soviet; and this historic June, we launched a specialized in-depth data journalism page about Party Congresses at all levels...

In the digital transformation journey, technology preparation is the foundation, but on that foundation, there must be journalists, writers, and teams to have in-depth specialized content. In-depth content does not only delve into technology content, the core to becoming a digital transformation unit is still information, usefulness, and value of information.
