Publicly posting parking prices at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City

On April 20, in an exchange with reporters, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument said that the unit has replaced the parking price list at the parking lots in the Square, serving residents, tourists as well as the walking street.

Accordingly,Day fare(from 6am to 10pm) is 2,000 VND/trip for bicycles, 3,000 VND/trip for motorbikes and 10,000 VND/trip for cars under 7 seats. For cars, passenger cars, and specialized vehicles larger than 15,000 VND/trip.

Night fares (from 10pm to 6am the next morning) are 3,000 VND/trip for bicycles, 6,000 VND/trip for motorbikes, 20,000 VND/trip for cars with less than 7 seats and a maximum of 30,000 VND/trip for other types of vehicles.

Ticket prices are listed according to Decision No. 80/2016 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on Regulations on vehicle parking service prices in Nghe An.

Mr. Nguyen Van Bich - Deputy Manager of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument said: "In addition to posting the price list, the price will also be clearly stated on the ticket for visitors to pay to the parking staff. Therefore, if you find that the staff is charging a higher price than the ticket price, you can contact the Management Board of the Square, we will verify and handle it promptly. On Friday evening, during the walking street's operating time, we will set up a team to inspect the parking at these locations to ensure the rights of the people and visitors."
