Farmer found 10 million VND and returned it to the owner

On the night of February 12, at the home of Mr. Nguyen Viet Chat (42 years old) in Lien Khai hamlet, Thanh Lien commune, Mr. Chat directly returned the wallet that had just been stolen.picked upalong with 10 million VND and some related documents for the owner, Mr. Nguyen Dac Tuan (31 years old), residing in Thanh Duc commune.

Mr. Tuan said that on the afternoon of February 12, on the way from My Tien village, Thanh My commune to Hanh Lam commune People's Committee, he dropped a black wallet. When he realizedfallwallet, he went back to look for it, but couldn't find it. While he was worried about losing his documents and money, a brother called him to go to Thanh Lien commune to get it back.

"I was very lucky to meet a good person, so I got back all the lost documents and money" - Mr. Tuan shared.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Chat, on the afternoon of February 12, on his way to work in Hanh Lam commune, he picked up a wallet that had fallen on the road. When he opened it, he saw that the wallet contained a lot of money and some documents bearing the name of Nguyen Dac Tuan (Thanh Duc commune). He contacted Mr. Tuan's relatives and asked Mr. Tuan to come down to his house to receive the property.

Last night, Mr. Tuan was busy and could not go to Thanh Lien commune. His two friends went to Mr. Chat's house to receive the wallet, documents and 10 million VND in the presence of the Secretary of Thanh Lien commune Youth Union.

It is known that Mr. Nguyen Viet Chat is a hard-working, kind-hearted farmer whose family situation is still difficult. He and his wife are raising 3 children (the eldest is in 10th grade, the youngest is in preschool).
