The cause of death of the Vietnamese female student is being investigated by German police. The victim was studying in Finland and had the accident while on a student exchange program in Germany.

On the evening of March 16, information appeared on social media about a 21-year-old Vietnamese female student named TTTH who was murdered in Germany. The person who posted the information was Ms. TV - a Chinese teacher at a high school in Hai Phong, who was also the victim's former homeroom teacher.

According to the female teacher, H. was an excellent student. Overcoming difficult family circumstances, she won a 4-year full scholarship from the Finnish government and studied abroad since 2015. On March 8, the female student went to Germany to complete her internship program, but unexpectedly passed away there.

"After many days of work, on March 15, the police of Dortmund city, Germany and the school officially confirmed that the child was murdered by a bad guy and asked the family to go through the procedures to bring him back to Vietnam," the teacher wrote.

The associations of international students in Finland, the Vietnamese association in Finland and the Vietnamese student association in Germany also simultaneously posted the above information and called for financial support for the family of the unfortunate female student.

Ms. Kim Ngan - the biological sister of the female student said that the family is waiting for an official announcement from H.'s school.

According to Ms. Ngan, her younger sister studies at Haaga - Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland. 3 years ago, she tried hard to win a full scholarship at this school.

"Out of pity for her parents' hardships, H. never went to extra classes because she was afraid of the expense. She is a persistent, resilient and tenacious girl. In 12th grade, she practiced IELTS at home, then reviewed Math and wrote essays to study abroad," Ms. Ngan recounted.

"The day I saw you off at the airport, a 17-year-old girl, small in both appearance and personality, my mother cried like rain, she was worried about you being alone far away. I was also worried, very worried, telling you all kinds of things. I also wanted to cry, but I had to hold it back, smile brightly to say goodbye to you, so that you would have enough confidence and courage to start a new life, a life far away from your family", Kim Ngan shared about her sister on Facebook.

On March 7, H. flew from Finland to Germany as an exchange student at the ISM International School of Management Dortmund. From March 9 to March 15, his family lost contact with him. The family asked friends in Finland and Germany to find out why they could not contact him.

On March 15, H.'s friends in Finland and Germany contacted the school's student manager and received news that H. had died on March 11, according to information from the police chief in Dortmund. Ms. Ngan said that the Vietnamese consulate had received a fax reporting the incident from the police.

It is known that H.'s biological father passed away 10 months ago. The family is financially bankrupt, while the amount of money needed to bring the female student back to Vietnam is huge, possibly up to 50,000 euros.

The female student's sister said that the family is currently in turmoil and exhausted.

''I just started working, my mother is a primary school teacher. Now, I just hope to have enough money to go see my brother, to bring him back to his hometown and family. Everything else is no longer important,'' Ms. Ngan shared.
