Nu Skin Vietnam and Nafoods signed a cooperation agreement to develop gac material areas in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On February 19, in Quynh Chau commune, Quynh Luu (Nghe An), Nu Skin Vietnam Company and Nafoods Group held a meeting at the beginning of the year and signed a joint venture cooperation agreement between the two units.
Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Director of Nghe An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, and leaders of Quynh Luu district attended the ceremony.

The content of the program signed between the two parties includes an agreement on purchasing pressed gac fruit, providing technical support and supporting the lives of gac farmers in Quynh Luu district to have a more stable gac material area.
Currently, the area of Gac cultivation concentrated in Quynh Luu is about 100 hectares, with an average income of only about 25 - 30 million VND/ha. However, if well cared for, Gac can be harvested continuously for 5 to 10 years with a yield of 18 - 20 tons/ha, with income of up to 100 - 150 million VND/ha.
The joint venture cooperation between Nu Skin Vietnam and Nafoods not only contributes to improving productivity and creating output for gac trees but also enhances the value of Quynh Luu gac brand. It is known that gac is the main ingredient used by Nu Skin Vietnam Company toPharmanex G3 is a premium health, skin care and anti-aging supplement.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Director of Nghe An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development highly appreciated the investment cooperation between Nu Skin Vietnam Company and Nafoods Group. This is a large investment project with modern technology, pioneering in opening up the potential of agricultural land in Nghe An in general and Quynh Luu in particular. Farmers need to strictly follow the instructions and technical guidance of technical staff to have the best gac products.
