The incident occurred on National Highway 1A, through Nghi Long commune (Nghi Loc - Nghe An) at 8:30 am on April 10.
At that time, the car with license plate 37A - 245.60 was traveling towards Quan Hanh town - Hanoi. When reaching the intersection, it suddenly turned left onto the road, at that moment a truck with license plate 38N - 1862 came and pressed the car against the median.
The collision caused traffic congestion lasting more than 3km.
