We both work for the development of Vietnamese football, but I don't understand why he made such insulting statements and made such bad stereotypes about the entire referee community."

But VPF could do nothing more than give strict “reminders”. It was simply impossible to discipline Mr. Le Nguyen Hong because this year this boss did not register any position at Quang Nam Club. That means Article 34 of the current Professional Football Regulations cannot sanction this cunning man. But if we leave it like that, will it be chaos?

Perhaps, only VFF can sanction this boss because Mr. Le Nguyen Hong is still holding the position of Head of the VFF's grassroots football department, member of the VFF Executive Committee term VII.
