Fined 112 million VND for 18 cases of violating epidemic prevention and control in Quynh Luu
(Baonghean.vn) - 18 cases were punished by the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district for avoiding medical quarantine at home, escaping checkpoints and not implementing the decision to temporarily suspend business activities in public places.

There were 4 cases of Ho Tu Cuong, Tan Son commune; Ho Van Hien, Ho Van Yen, Ho Van Binh all in Quynh Minh commune were fined for escaping checkpoints, going from epidemic areas to non-epidemic areas without epidemic prevention measures and without permission from competent authorities. Nguyen Dinh Huy, Quynh Thang commune violated the decision to temporarily suspend business activities in public places.

Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 11 and Article 14, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations in the health sector, depending on the level of violation, Quynh Luu district has imposed fines ranging from 5 to 7.5 million VND/person. In particular, Nguyen Dinh Huy, Quynh Thang commune, was fined 10 million VND.
In the coming days, the authorities of Quynh Luu district will continue to propagate and at the same time increase strict punishment for violations./.
