The girl was not wearing a helmet, one hand holding a book reading attentively, the other hand driving the motorbike on the road. The video was recorded by Facebook Vu Nguyen on Dinh Tien Hoang street, past the Hanoi Post Office with indignation: "She was listening to music and cutting off the cars next to her, without turning on the turn signal. I was also cut off so I ran after her to film."
