Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo town Doan Tien Dung has just signed and issued a Decision approving the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town.

Detailed construction planning at scale 1/500 of the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo Town, Nghi Huong, Nghi Thu and Thu Thuy wards, includes 2 locations.

Accordingly, location 1 has an area of ​​60.8 hectares, bordering the North with crossroad No. 1; the South with Cua Lo Golf Course project (East part of Binh Minh street); the East with the East Sea; the West with Binh Minh street.

Location 2 has an area of ​​12.8 hectares, bordering Cua Lo Golf Course project to the North (Eastern part of Binh Minh Street); bordering crossroad No. 19 to the South; bordering the East Sea to the East; bordering Binh Minh Street to the West.

In terms of nature and function, this is a coastal park, a beach bathing area, sea tourism services, entertainment, and cuisine that have been fully invested and built to serve tourists from Nghe An province and visitors from all over the world; it is an area with an important strategic position in terms of national security and defense.

Regarding the planning structure and architectural space organization, it includes 5 areas: A, B, C, D, E.

Accordingly, area A has an area of ​​3,047m2.²including items: Lan Chau basket boat beach; outdoor activity area, water music square, mobile roof skateboard park, tourism service works, children's playground, tourism service works, wooden lobby restaurant, Caribbean style beach club, outdoor gym, shower area, public toilet, security house, outdoor shower, and traffic control office.

Area B has an area of ​​3,043m²Including: Nordic style beach club, outdoor BBQ area, tourist service facilities, children's play area, beach game cluster, tourist service facilities, shower area and public toilet, security house, outdoor shower.

Area C has an area of ​​2,196m²Including items: Swimming pool area, Gulf style beach club, swimming pool area, shower area and public toilets, children's play area, "One Thousand and One Nights" walking street, security house, outdoor shower.

Area D has a total area of ​​1,699m²including items: Children's play area (agricultural experience activities), Hawaiian style beach club, coastal sports area, indoor sports facilities, shower area and public toilets, beach game cluster, security house, outdoor shower.

Area E has a total area of ​​3,453m²including the following items: Public toilet area, covered event area, Binh Minh Square, Cua Lo park area, art performance stage, Cua Lo - Vietnam Sea Club, food festival area, Cua Lo sea park - traditional park, pine forest - Lumina show light show park, light exhibition area, tourism service works, Cua Lo town center square, Cua Lo sea daisy conservation park, sea game cluster, children's play area, shower areas and public toilets, rescue boat management house and defense works areas.

In addition to the planning structure and architectural space organization, the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo Town also clearly shows the land use planning and technical infrastructure system.

Of which, there are 11 planned parking lots with a total of 1,240 parking spaces in phase 1 of the project and 3 underground parking lots in phase 2 with 2,440 spaces to serve the parking needs of tourists and residents when visiting.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Hoang Nang Hiep - Head of Urban Management Department, People's Committee of Cua Lo town said: In the coming time, Cua Lo town will announce the planning and coordinate with provincial agencies to conduct bidding to select investors to implement the project of building the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street.

After completing the clearance of business kiosks on the beach, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town established, approved and announced the detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street. This is a very important next step, serving as a basis for determining the road boundary of the planned area and also as a basis for calling for investment in construction.
