On the morning of January 16, a working delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to officers and soldiers of Military Region 4. Accompanying them were Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front; Provincial Military Command; Provincial Border Guard Command; Provincial Public Security; Provincial Party Committee Office; Provincial People's Committee Office.

Receiving the delegation were Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Military Region; Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region, along with heads of four agencies and representatives of functional departments of the Military Region.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to the leaders of Military Region 4 and the armed forces, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee happily announced the achievements of the province in the past year. Accordingly, in 2022, Nghe An province will reap victories in many aspects; economic and social development, high growth indexes, especially growth in budget revenue and per capita income; epidemic prevention work is ensured; policy work for people with meritorious services, policy families and the poor is of interest.

2022 marks a successful step in foreign affairs, demonstrated by attracting FDI capital in the Top 10 of the country; National defense and security are always given attention by Party committees and authorities, sovereignty over sea and island borders is maintained,...

There is the support, assistance, direction and attention of the leaders of Military Region 4 not only for the armed forces but also for the political tasks of Nghe An" - the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to the Command of Military Region 4, comrade Nguyen Van Thong, on behalf of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and the National Assembly Delegation of the province, wished the leaders, officers, soldiers of Military Region 4 and the armed forces of the province a new year of good health, happiness, and success in all aspects. At the same time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hoped that the leaders of Military Region 4 would continue to promote the spirit, responsibility, and deep emotional attachment of the Military Region with the government and people of Nghe An province in the past time.

Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of the Military Region thanked the leaders of Nghe An province for their special affection for the Military Region Command. Entering 2023, the Commander of Military Region 4 hopes that the leaders of the provinces, especially the leaders of Nghe An province - where the Military Region Command is located, will be more closely connected, and continue to promote the results achieved in coordination work to maintain political security, develop the economy, and make people's lives prosperous.
