(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 14, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council inspected the implementation of flood and storm prevention plans - search and rescue, and preparation of forces and means to respond to storm No. 10 at Squadron 2 of the Nghe An Border Guard.

Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Xuan, Captain of the Provincial Border Guard Squadron 2, reported to Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son on the unit's plans, strategies and implementation of the unit's response to storm No. 10. The unit has coordinated with local authorities to mobilize people to tie down their houses; called on vehicles to come ashore to safely take shelter from the storm. In addition, the unit's vehicles have been relocated to safe locations when the storm makes landfall; at the same time, ensuring readiness to mobilize vehicles and rescue forces when situations arise.
