Pursuant to Decision No. 2311-QD/TU dated September 11, 2018 of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, comrade Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Head of the Project Management Board of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) was transferred to the District Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
