Previously, with the consent of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of Dien Chau district conducted an additional election for the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee with local cadres. Accordingly, comrade Ha Xuan Quang - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Chau District Party Committee, term XXX, 2015 - 2020.

Presenting the approval decision and speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong congratulated and assigned tasks to Comrade Ha Xuan Quang, and hoped that in his new position and duties, he would promote his capacity, intelligence and solidarity with the Party Executive Committee of Dien Chau district to lead the successful implementation of socio-economic and Party building goals for the 2015-2020 term and the following years.
