Dissemination of the intention to conduct Vinh City defense area exercise in 2022

According to the conference content, the Vinh City Defense Area Exercise plan is divided into 3 phases.

In which, Phase 1: Moving armed forces into combat readiness states, moving localities into defense states; Phase 2: Organizing preparations for defensive operations.

Phase 3: Practice defensive operations. Soldiers check mobilization readiness through the 150-bed Field Hospital station for the Logistics Department of Military Region 4; Martial law in Vinh city area.

Concluding the working session, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the Defense Area Exercise and the Provincial Civil Defense, highly appreciated the preparation work for the exercise task of the Vinh City Steering Committee for the exercise, and agreed with the content, intention and time of the city's exercise.

To successfully complete the task of the city defense area exercise in 2022, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Steering Committee for the city defense area exercise to thoroughly disseminate to all levels, sectors, organizations and people to clearly understand the purpose, requirements and importance of the exercise, enhance the responsibility of the participating forces, mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system to ensure the exercise is effective; Continue to do well all preparation work, speed up and complete the items in the exercise command center, plant camouflage trees as soon as they are completed, during the practice of the live-fire exercises for the forces, it is necessary to closely follow the approved sequence, content, time and plan.

During the preparation and training process, attention must be paid to the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. The defense area exercise is expected to take place in August 2022./.
