Hamlet 2, Hung Yen Bac commune has a large area and a large population with a total natural area of ​​85 hectares, 264 households, and 1,100 people. In 2024, the Party cell, Party Committee, and people were always united and highly unified, implementing movements and campaigns well, thus achieving many important results, people's lives were gradually improved, and the rural landscape had many changes.

In terms of cultivation, animal husbandry, service industries... every year the targets are exceeded, the traffic infrastructure and welfare works are solidly built by the people.

In 2024, responding to the movement to build advanced new rural areas, in addition to the State's cement support, people in the hamlet contributed 272,000 VND per person to rebuild rural roads, clean water systems, and drainage ditches with a total value of over 300 million VND.

Up to now, 100% of the roads in the hamlet have electricity, 100% of households use clean water. The campaign to support the Fund "For the Poor", the Northern people affected by storm No. 3 and other funds of the Fatherland Front Committee at all levels with the amount of 50 million VND, reached 100% of the plan.

In addition, the hamlet also mobilized people to support working days and funds to help poor households build houses and support the elderly care fund. The movement of gratitude and remembering the source of drinking water received timely support from the people.

The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life has been promoted with 154 households achieving the title of cultural family, 4 households being honored as exemplary families. In addition, it is necessary to continue promoting consensus among the people to aim for the goal of raising standards in new rural construction, paying attention to economic development, improving people's lives, in parallel with the task of ensuring national security.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh presented gifts to the hamlet and 10 gifts to poor and near-poor households in the area.
