8 lessons learned through implementing solutions to innovate content and methods of mobilizing and supporting the construction of Great Solidarity houses for poor households in the province:
1.Review and grasp the situation of poor and near-poor households, housing status and housing improvement needs of poor households to develop a roadmap and plan to mobilize and call for support.
2.Take advantage of the regular and close attention and direction of the Party Committee, actively coordinate with the government and member organizations in the implementation. In particular, focus on promoting the role of businesses and religions in social security work.
3.Promote and diversify propaganda forms, focusing on combining traditional forms with modern forms (social networks) and using visual data (profiles) to call for and mobilize.
4.Regularly maintain and nurture good relationships with "traditional" and "strategic" benefactors through visits, congratulations, and information sharing, thereby calling for and mobilizing support.
5.Strengthen and proactively coordinate with all levels, sectors and focal agencies in calling for and mobilizing.
6.Localities must maximize their internal resources, combined with appropriate strategies and tactics to call on and mobilize businesses and philanthropists to share and join hands in support.
7.Cadres of the Fatherland Front at all levels must be dedicated, thoughtful, creative, hard-working, and enduring in the mobilization process; must be objective and democratic in distributing and allocating the number of houses and support money to localities.
8.Implement well the reporting regime on housing construction results after support to foster trust in sponsors.
