Congratulating the Provincial Youth Union on the traditional day of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2018), Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh shared some orientations for the provincial Youth Union movement.

Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union needs to identify and select a number of key tasks to clearly demonstrate the nature of the Youth Union's activities; especially activities that are closely linked to the grassroots and clearly demonstrate effectiveness, can be maintained in the long term, and at the same time increase the educational value for the younger generation and society.

Emphasizing that the Youth Union movement needs to gather the strength of organizations and collectives, Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh said that the Provincial Youth Union also needs to research to launch and implement sustainable mass movements; thereby training and educating the awareness, thoughts and actions of the young generation and helping to spread good values ​​of society.

On the other hand, in order for the Youth Union movement to develop, the head of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that each Youth Union cadre needs to be aware of self-training. “Young cadres need to see tomorrow differently from today; good cadres will make the movement good; must be objective, democratic, united, advise and share with each other” - the Provincial Party Committee Secretary advised.

Besides, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh also hopes that the Youth Union will pay more attention and spread the movements to Team activities and students to contribute to educating and training the young generation for the homeland and country.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Provincial Party Secretary wished the Youth Union officials and grassroots Youth Union organizations of the province to always maintain enthusiasm and creativity, maintain Youth Union movements with orientation, guidance, dissemination, practical and sustainable effectiveness.

On behalf of the Youth Union staff and the young generation of the province, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh accepted the instructions of the Provincial Party Secretary to build and improve the quality of Youth Union work and the youth movement.
