Sau khi có Chỉ thị 16 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về Cách ly toàn xã hội trong vòng 14 ngày, bắt đầu từ 1/4/2020, các cấp ngành ở huyện Quỳnh Lưu đã chỉ đạo quyết liệt và yêu cầu các hộ kinh doanh tạm ngừng hoạt động, buôn bán hàng hóa, vật dụng không thiết yếu để tập trung phòng dịch Covid -19.
