Up to now, out of 11 petitions from enterprises, 8 petitions have been answered by departments and reported to the Provincial People's Committee, 3 petitions are still stuck and need to be further directed to resolve. Specifically, these are petitions from Thanh Nghe Tinh Food Joint Stock Company regarding land lease in Ky Son; petitions from DANATOL Joint Stock Company Branch in Nghe An regarding investment and construction of apartment projects in Vinh Tan Urban Area Project; petitions from TECCO Group, Nghe An Branch regarding payment of investment debt and tax obligations.

In addition to the above contents, in November, there were 4 new recommendations on enjoying natural disaster support policies, extending project implementation time, exempting land use fees at the renovation project of Area A, Quang Trung Apartment, Vinh City... At the dialogue, representatives of Business Associations also recommended the land recovery plan in Ky Son, the plan to build a land price framework and land rental prices for enterprises in the period of 2020 - 2024 is still too high compared to the production and business conditions of Nghe An enterprises.
Concerned about the high land price frame, some businesses also expressed their opinion that the Provincial People's Committee should reconsider.
The plan to build the province's land price framework is expected for the period 2020 - 2024, in which Vinh City has the highest level of 65 million/m2is too high, compared to some provinces with similar conditions. If the above price frame is issued, it will greatly affect the production and business of enterprises, so it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Land Price Council review and adjust.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that 2019 is the year of administrative reform, so he requested departments and branches to seriously absorb the recommendations of investors and business associations to promptly resolve them.
After this meeting, the Provincial People's Committee will announce its handling opinions for each case that the enterprise has made a request for and assign the relevant departments to urge; assign the Department of Planning and Investment to be the focal point for general consultation on the handling time to report to the Provincial People's Committee.
Regarding the number of recommendations related to the development of land price framework for the period 2020-2024, in the spirit of accepting and seeking new ideas, it is recommended that relevant departments and the Provincial Land Auction Council continue to dialogue with the Association of Enterprises and Investors to have a plan to submit to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council to have the most suitable land price framework, in harmony with business interests.
