(Baonghean.vn) - This afternoon (March 11), the Disciplinary Board of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has imposed a penalty on Viettel's central defender Que Ngoc Hai after a foul on defender Tran Van Kien in round 3 of V.League 2019.

In the final minutes of the match between Viettel and Hanoi in round 3 of V.League 2019, center back Que Ngoc Hai made a fierce tackle with the sole of his shoe on the shin of Tran Van Kien. After the tackle, the number 13 of Hanoi Club got angry with his colleague. The captain of the Vietnam national team then received a yellow card from the main referee.

After the match, the latest image of Tran Van Kien's injury was leaked on social media. There were 4 stud marks on both shins of the right-back of Hanoi.

Although he has only played his second match in V.League 2019, Que Ngoc Hai has already made two dangerous tackles. Previously, in the match against SHB Da Nang in round 1, the player born in 1993 committed a foul that caused Dominik to suffer a fractured rib and had to rest for a month.
