Que Ngoc Hai: Tears of a leader

Que Ngoc Hai's career has had many ups and downs, accompanied by tears and the price of maturity is not cheap.

At the 2013 SEA Games, Ngoc Hai and his teammates bitterly said goodbye to the group stage. That defeat caused the faith of many Vietnamese football fans to collapse. At the 2014 AFF Cup, Hai could not believe his eyes why Vietnam lost to Malaysia right on their home field. When the final whistle sounded, he covered his face and cried like a child.

At the 2015 SEA Games, Hai cried after losing to Myanmar in the Semi-finals. Although he was the captain, Hai was also the one who collapsed the fastest. In the 2015 V.League, Hai's career almost collapsed before his eyes after he "kicked the whole football world". At the 2016 AFF Cup, the young man cried again after the Vietnamese team stopped at the Semi-finals.
