In particular, the District Party Committee proactively issued a Resolution to lead the exercise task, established the District Defense Area Exercise Steering Committee, deployed preparation work and conducted training for the participants in the exercise. The district did a good job of self-training, practicing the contents according to the exercise roles seriously; proactively determined the plan and deployed the construction of the Exercise Command Center according to regulations, which was highly appreciated by the Military Region.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee emphasized: Que Phong is a mountainous district located in the West of Nghe An province, with an important strategic position.
