New regulations on legal documents for housing construction

Decree 53/2017/ND-CP (dated May 8, 2017) stipulates 12 types of legal land documents for granting construction permits, c.Effective from June 25, 2017.

This Decree applies to organizations, households and individuals requesting construction permits (hereinafter referred to as investors); construction permit-issuing agencies and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.

Accordingly, investors must present legal documents on land to obtain a construction permit. This Decree provides guidance on 12 types of legal related documents.
