Quy Hop: Handing over 2 Great Solidarity houses and savings books to poor households
(Baonghean.vn) - The Fatherland Front Committee of Quy Hop district has just organized the handover of 2 Great Solidarity houses and awarded savings books to 2 poor households in Chau Cuong and Chau Thai communes, worth 200 million VND.

In Chau Cuong commune, the delegation handed over the house to the family of Vi Thi Thanh Huong in Nhoi village. Orphaned by both parents, Huong had to take care of the family and take care of her two younger siblings' education, in extremely difficult circumstances.
Through the program to support the poor during the Tet Mau Tuat holiday called by the Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee, a business supported Huong's family with 100 million VND to upgrade and repair the house. Now the 2-room house has been completed with a total value of 52 million VND, the remaining 48 million VND converted into a savings book has been given to Huong's family.
In Chau Thai commune, the family of Mr. Luong Van Cau in Dong Minh village, a single-parent household, was also supported with 100 million VND to build a house due to illness.
Single-storey house, two rooms, usable area 36m22, worth 80 million VND, was completed on schedule to be handed over to Mr. Cau's family. The remaining 20 million VND was transferred to a savings account for Mr. Cau to use for medical treatment.
