Regularly update the list of foreigners, Vietnamese citizens coming, staying, passing through China or countries with nCoV epidemic present in the province, proactively report to the Provincial Steering Committee (directly to the Department of Health - Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee).

Continue to closely coordinate with the health sector in isolating the subjects under monitoring according to the direction of the Prime Minister; Timely and regularly monitor and supplement (if any) the list of the above subjects to the Department of Health to strictly implement the isolation according to regulations.

People's Committees of districts, towns and Vinh cityDirect the review and immediate establishment of Steering Committees for the prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by the new strain of Corona virus at all levels; Timely develop a plan to respond to the epidemic; Ensure a firm grasp of the epidemic situation, the list of foreigners and Vietnamese citizens coming to, staying in, or passing through China or countries with the epidemic present in the area.
