Quynh Luu: Each Party cell promotes the role of "nuclear" leadership

(Baonghean.vn) - Determining that residential area party cells play an important role in bringing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to each party member and the people. Therefore, Quynh Luu district has had many solutions to improve the leadership capacity of party cells, contributing to maintaining political security, ensuring national defense and security, and promoting local socio-economic development.

Hamlet 4, Quynh Hau Commune, Quynh Luu District currently has 180 households with more than 800 people. To improve people's lives, Party Cell 4 determines to do a good job of Party building so that people increasingly trust the Party, thereby having the motivation to compete in economic development. To implement any program or resolution, Party Cell 4 always meets and issues a thematic resolution, asking for people's opinions on implementation methods and plans. In which, cadres and Party members must promote their exemplary roles and volunteer to take on difficult tasks.

Promoting the role of the Party cell, the Party cell of 4 communes of Quynh Hau has built a large model field, applying harvesters to bring high efficiency.

Thanks to that, it has had a good effect and has been supported by the people. Up to now, 100% of the inner-village roads have been concreted, and the lighting system has been invested synchronously. The rate of poor households is only 1.7%, while the relatively rich households account for nearly 70%. With these results, the Party cell of Hamlet 4 has continuously maintained the title of an excellent, strong and clean Party cell since 2010, contributing to making Quynh Hau commune one of the 5 communes of Quynh Luu district to meet the new rural standards in 2014.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hien - Secretary of Party Cell 4, Quynh Hau Commune, said: "To achieve this result, in the leadership of the Party Cell, we focus most on improving the quality of Party Cell activities, doing a good job of ideological work for Party members, then following the Party's regulations, which is to maintain the Party Cell's activities regime."

Not only Quynh Hau, but also in 33 communes and towns in Quynh Luu district, the role of residential area party cells has been enhanced and increasingly affirmed. Cadres and grassroots party members have promoted their core role, taking the lead in all movements. From donating land to build rural roads, taking on difficult-to-cultivate areas after land conversion to actively contributing and supporting tax funds... Thanks to that, the people's trust and love for the Party have been created.

At Party cell 6, Quynh Hung commune, out of 106 households in the hamlet, 2/3 of the population are Catholics. With 15 party members, in recent years the Party cell has done a good job of propagating and mobilizing the Party and State's policies, guidelines, and laws, especially making people trust the Party more. Therefore, Catholics and non-Catholics all agreed to donate land and contribute money to expand rural roads and build large-scale fields. In 2011, with donations and support from the people, Hamlet 6 built a new cultural house, in which each Party member donated an additional 1 million VND. In 2012, promoting the strength of great national solidarity, the Party cell led and directed the people to open 500m of asphalt road, in which 13 Catholic households donated nearly 450m2 of land. In 2013, after the land conversion, each household had only 1.5 plots on average, the area was no longer fragmented, creating conditions for the hamlet to build a large model field - a model of Quynh Hung commune.

Thanks to the active propaganda and mobilization of the grassroots party cell, the parishioners of Quynh Hung commune donated land to pave the way for the construction of the new rural area.

Up to now, the poverty rate of the hamlet has decreased to only 3.7%, the average income is 25 million VND/person/year, the Party cell has achieved the title of excellent clean and strong for many years. This is also an important premise for Quynh Hung commune to reach the NTM finish line in 2015. Parishioner Tran Dinh Trong - Hamlet 6, Quynh Hung commune could not hide his emotions and said: "Thank you to the Party cell and Party cadres in the hamlet for leading, directing the people, and serving the people wholeheartedly. In addition, they have mobilized and propagated so that people understand that building a NTM will have wide roads, clean villages and clean neighborhoods. I see that Party members are always at the forefront in all areas."

It can be said that, up to this point, we are starting to implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term. One of the breakthrough contents of this term is to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations. Therefore, more than ever, the role of Party cells in residential areas must be promoted more effectively and comprehensively in all fields./.
