Quynh Luu still has civil servants and public employees who are late.

The inspection team led by Mr. Le Dinh Ly - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs conducted a surprise inspection in Hoang Mai town and Quynh Luu district.

According to the inspection team, basically, agencies and units have well implemented the directives on strengthening discipline and administrative discipline of the Central and the province to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

However, in some wards and communes, there are still violations of office culture, such as at one-stop transaction centers, the posting of administrative procedures is still incomplete; the desks of most civil servants are not equipped with name tags; civil servants do not strictly comply with wearing civil servant badges.

In particular, there are still cases of civil servants arriving late to work, leaving earlier than the prescribed time and being absent from work without reason. The delegation also requested leaders of units to remind and urge cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement discipline and administrative order.

At the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district, after checking, verifying specifically and explaining to relevant professional departments, by 3:00 p.m. on February 28, the total number of civil servants present was 44, 10 were late, 23 were absent (22 had a reason, one had no reason).

On the same day, working group No. 2 led by Comrade Bui Dinh Sang - Chief Inspector of the Department of Home Affairs as Team Leader inspected Thanh Duong and Thanh Tuong communes (Thanh Chuong district).

At Thanh Duong commune, at the time of the inspection at 8:00 a.m., officials and civil servants basically complied with working hours. The commune People's Committee has issued a plan to implement Directive 26 of the Prime Minister on strengthening discipline and administrative order.

Through inspection at the One-Stop Department, in management and operation, the inspection team assessed that the Commune People's Committee had issued annual and monthly work programs. The rectification and improvement of service quality of the department receiving and returning results under the "one-stop" mechanism was basically carried out by the commune in accordance with regulations.

The inspection team also pointed out the shortcomings in the management and operation of Thanh Duong Commune People's Committee, which were not systematic and scientific, such as the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee had not assigned specific tasks in writing to a number of civil servants...

At the time of inspection, some civil servants did not strictly comply with wearing civil servant badges while performing their duties. Some civil servants' desks did not have nameplates or titles.

At Thanh Tuong commune, at the time of inspection, no civil servants were absent during working hours. The inspection showed that the review and revision of regulations, working procedures and assignment of specific tasks to each individual and unit in performing assigned tasks were fully implemented by the commune, with basic content being appropriate.

The commune has assigned specific tasks in writing to civil servants and full-time workers. Regarding the implementation of the office culture regulations, Thanh Tuong commune has basically complied with the regulations, the temporary office used at the school since August 2017 is basically arranged appropriately. However, there are still some civil servants who do not wear badges while working, some nameplates and titles are not in the correct position.

Receiving the inspection team's assessments, the leaders of Thanh Duong and Thanh Tuong communes (Thanh Chuong district) affirmed that, immediately after this inspection, local leaders will hold a meeting to review experiences, rectify and overcome shortcomings and limitations to operate and manage cadres and civil servants in a more systematic and scientific manner to improve the quality and efficiency of work.
