2-year-old girl dies after falling into abandoned well
(Baonghean.vn) - While playing alone near the well of an abandoned house near her house, a 2-year-old girl (living in Thanh Chuong, Nghe An) unfortunately fell and tragically died.
On March 13, Mr. Nguyen Phung Hoa - Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Tuong Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An confirmed that a tragic drowning incident had just occurred in the commune, causing the death of a 2-year-old girl.
According to Mr. Hoa, at around 6:00 p.m. on March 11, Phan Tram Anh (2 years old), living in Hamlet 10, Xuan Tuong Commune, Thanh Chuong District, went out to play. About 30 minutes later, the child was nowhere to be found, so relatives went to look for her and discovered that she had died in the well of an abandoned house next to the family.
It is known that the girl is the youngest in a family of 3 siblings. Local authorities have visited, shared and encouraged the family.
