Doctor Sam Van Hai - Director of Ky Son District Medical Center informed: On the morning of March 19, the unit received a report ofpregnant womenXong I Ce (33 years old, in Truong Son village, Nam Can commune) gave birth on the way from home to the District Medical Center to prepare for delivery.
