Of which, there is 01 community case in Vinh City, 15 cases were quarantined before (08 cases from the Southern provinces, 07 cases are F1).

Cumulative number of patients who have recovered and been discharged from hospital: 2,345 patients. Cumulative number of patients who have died: 20 patients. Number of patients currently being treated: 457 patients.

* The total number of citizens returning from the southern provinces from October 1 to present is 32,835. 473 positive cases were detected (469 new infections, 4 re-positive cases).

* Regarding testing: In the past 12 hours, 3,361 samples were received. Test results for 3,044 samples have been received, 16 new positive cases were detected, and 317 samples are awaiting results.

The patient was quarantined at home and the first test sample was negative. On November 9, the patient's second test sample was sent to the CDC, and on November 10, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3.BN NHMĐ, male, born 2007.Address: Nghi Hoa commune, Nghi Loc district. The patient is F1 of the previously announced VTLC patient. The patient was quarantined and the first test sample was negative. On November 9, the patient's second test sample was sent to the CDC, and on November 10, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The patient was quarantined and the first test sample was negative. 11. Patient P.D.D, male, born in 1992.Address: Ky Tan commune, Tan Ky district. The patient returned from Dong Nai province to Tan Ky on November 7. The patient was quarantined at home.
