1. Patient D.TN, female, born in 1995. Address: Quynh Chau Commune, Quynh Luu. On July 30, the patient returned to Quynh Luu District from Ho Chi Minh City by private car with his family and was quarantined at the Quynh Chau Commune Cultural House. On August 2, the patient's first sample was taken and the result was negative. On August 6, the patient's second sample was taken and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the third sample was taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital and the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
2. Patient PTA, female, born in 1998. Address: Village 5, Linh Son Commune, Anh Son. Occupation: Kindergarten teacher in Hanoi. On July 30, the patient from Hoang Mai District, Hanoi returned to Linh Son Commune Health Station, Anh Son to make a medical declaration and was quarantined at the Health Station. On August 1, the patient was tested for the first time and the result was negative. At 3:00 p.m. on August 1, the patient was transferred to a private home for quarantine. On August 6, the patient was tested for the second time and sent to the CDC. On August 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
3. Patient NTHN, female, born in 1999.Address: Village 6, Linh Son Commune, Anh Son. Occupation: freelance. On August 2, the patient returned to Anh Son District by car from Long An. After that, the patient was quarantined at Linh Son Primary School, Anh Son and tested negative. On August 6, the patient was tested again and sent to CDC. On August 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
4. Patient D.TT, female, born in 1982.Address: Quynh Lam Commune, Quynh Luu. On July 29, after patients HTC and NTL went for Covid-19 treatment. The patient took turns with 3 other people to take care of patient NTL's young child. On July 29, the patient was quarantined at home. On July 28, the patient was tested for the first time and the result was negative. On August 7, the patient was tested for the second time and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

On August 5, the patient was tested for the second time with a suspicious result. On August 7, the patient was tested for the third time and sent to CDC. 11. Patient HTB, male, born in 1975.Address: Son Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. On July 24, the patient traveled from Hanoi to Yen Thanh. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Son Thanh Medical Station and tested 3 times on July 25, 27, and 31, all with negative results. On August 6, the patient was tested for the fourth time, with a suspicious result. On August 7, the patient was tested for the fifth time and sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
12. Patient NCL, male, born in 2003.Address: Hamlet 7, Trang Son Commune, Do Luong District. On July 30, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Do Luong District and was quarantined at Trang Son Primary School, Do Luong District immediately after arriving. On August 1, the patient was tested for the first time using RT-PCR and the result was negative. On August 5, the patient was tested for the second time and the result was questionable on the afternoon of August 7. On the afternoon of August 7, the patient was tested for the third time and sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
13. Patient LTH, female, born in 1998.Address: Dai Son Commune, Do Luong District. On August 2, the patient and 3 others rented a 4-seat car from Di An, Binh Duong to Nghe An on August 3. On August 3, immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Dai Son Kindergarten quarantine area and the first test sample was negative. On August 6, the patient was tested for the second time and on the morning of August 7, the result was suspected to be positive. On the afternoon of August 7, the patient was tested for the third time and sent to the CDC, on the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
14. Patient PVH, male, born in 2004.Address: Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau District. On July 31, the patient traveled by motorbike from Binh Phuoc to Dien Chau District on August 3. On August 3, immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Dien Ngoc Kindergarten and the first sample was taken for testing with a negative result. On August 6, the patient was sampled for the second time with a suspected positive result. On August 7, the patient was sampled for the third time, and on the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
15. Patient PVQ, male, born in 2004.Address: Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau. On July 31, the patient traveled by motorbike from Binh Phuoc to Dien Chau district on August 3. On August 3, immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Dien Ngoc Kindergarten and the first test sample was negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled a second time and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the patient was sampled a third time, and on the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
16. Patient LVV, male, born in 1994.Address: Bac Son Commune, Quy Hop District. On August 3, the patient returned to Quy Hop from Dong Nai by private vehicle, made a medical declaration and was quarantined at Chau Son Primary School. On August 4, the patient was sampled for the first time and the result was negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled for the second time and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the patient was sampled for the third time, and on the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
17. TTKD patient, female, born in 2011.Address: Ngoc Son Commune, Thanh Chuong District. On August 6, the patient returned from Ho Chi Minh City and was quarantined immediately upon arrival at Muong Thanh Cua Lo Hotel. The patient's first sample was taken and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the patient's second sample was taken and sent to CDC. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

On August 3, the patient returned from Binh Duong to Tan Ky District and was immediately quarantined at Nghia Phuc Primary School upon his return and tested negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled for the first time by RT-PCR with a suspected positive result. On August 7, the patient was sampled for the second time and sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
20. Patient TVH, male, born in 1995Address: Nghia Phuc Commune, Tan Ky. On August 4, the patient returned to Tan Ky district from Ho Chi Minh City and was immediately quarantined at Nghia Phuc Primary School upon his return and tested negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled for the first time by RT-PCR with a suspected positive result. On August 7, the patient was sampled for the second time and sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
