At the above time, Nguyen Canh Trung Kien, a 7B student at Ho Xuan Huong Secondary School, was on his way to school when he turned onto the street to buy bread at the foot of the Cau Giat town overpass when he was hit by a truck with license plate 37C 25761 (driver's identity unknown) traveling in the direction of Cau Giat - Lach Quen.
