Sharing experiences in education management.
((Baonghean.vn) - To commemorate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2016), on the evening of October 18, the Nghe An Education Trade Union organized a gathering and exchange with female managers and chairpersons of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
Attending the exchange and meeting were representatives from the Provincial Labor Union, the Provincial Women's Union, and 185 delegates from the Department of Education and Training and the Education Departments of 21 districts, cities, and towns.

The entire education sector in Nghe An currently has 53,942 cadres and teachers, of which 47,734 are female teachers, accounting for 70.2%; the percentage of female teachers participating in management work is 62.7%...
100% of female managers in professional fields and organizations have a high sense of responsibility and commitment to their assigned tasks; many actively research and innovate leadership, management, and organizational methods to achieve high efficiency in their work.

At the gathering, delegates had the opportunity to review the 86-year journey of establishment and growth of the Vietnam Women's Union in general, and women in the education sector of the province in particular, with their great achievements and contributions to society. From this, the women felt proud, strived harder, and were more determined in their work and family life to achieve new successes.

The exchange also provided an opportunity for women union members in the Education sector to hold discussions and share management experiences, such as: how to encourage students to attend classes in mountainous areas; solutions for parallel vocational training in non-public high schools and continuing education centers; and experiences in managing time to balance management and family care... aiming to help Nghe An's education sector achieve even greater success and affirm its position as one of the leading provinces in education nationwide.
