(Baonghean.vn) - On February 1, a working delegation from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training visited and presented gifts to teachers Lang Thi Thanh Thuy, Vo Thi Thuong, and Lo Thi Oanh - primary school teachers in Ky Son district who did not fear difficulties and dangers to help a Khmu woman give birth safely.
At Pha Danh Primary School, Ky Son district - where the teachers work,The leaders of the Department of Education and Training praised the noble gesture and presented gifts worth 10 million VND to the teachers, and at the same time asked schools and Departments of Education and Training in the whole province to learn from the teachers' example.

Previously, at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, on National Highway 16, through Kim Da village, Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district, a pregnant woman from Bac Ly commune (Ky Son) was on her way to the district hospital to give birth, but before she could get to the hospital, she showed signs of labor and needed emergency care.

At that moment, teachers Lang Thi Thanh Thuy, Vo Thi Thuong, and Lo Thi Oanh, who were teachers at Pha Danh Primary School, were on their way home from work and encountered the above incident. They quickly came together to help the mother give birth safely in extremely difficult conditions and circumstances.
Immediately after the above incident, on January 17, the Director of the Department of Education and Training issued a letter of commendation, emphasizing: This is a very valuable work, demonstrating the good nature and tradition of "loving others as you love yourself" of our nation.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2018, in 3 days from January 30 to February 1, the Department of Education and Training in coordination with the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education also visited and extended New Year greetings to many schools in 6 mountainous districts of Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son and Con Cuong. On this occasion, the delegation sent 600 gifts with a total value of 300 million VND to teachers and students of the schools. The entire amount was contributed by the Education Trade Union, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and the support of organizations and enterprises.
