Summary of 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05 on the occasion of the 131st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee directed relevant agencies and units to advise on organizing a conference to review 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW in conjunction with activities towards the 131st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2021) with practical content and form, ensuring seriousness, preventing the Covid-19 epidemic, saving, spreading and suitable to actual conditions. Thereby, in order to evaluate the achieved results, limitations, difficulties and causes, draw lessons to continue to lead and direct the organization to well implement the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the whole province; create changes in awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life, contributing to building Nghe An Provincial Party Committee increasingly clean and strong; Create a vibrant labor and production emulation movement, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels.

Through this activity, we aim to honor, commend and reward typical advanced collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in leadership, direction, consulting and implementation; to propagate and promote good models, effective ways of doing things, and typical examples in studying and following Uncle Ho, to serve as material for artists, reporters and journalists to create literary, artistic and journalistic works that have the power to spread and effectively replicate among the people.

In addition, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees at all levels and provincial media agencies to strengthen propaganda and expand outstanding results after 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05 of the Politburo, especially typical advanced collectives and individuals in all areas of life.

The conference is expected to be held on May 18, 2021, however, depending on the Covid-19 epidemic situation, the Provincial Party Standing Committee will direct and notify later.
