(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 23, comrade Doan Hong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An visited and presented 10 phones to students of SOS Children's Village Vinh.
“Waves and computers for children” is a meaningful program launched by the Prime Minister to promptly support equipment for students nationwide in the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, many localities are temporarily not organizing students to go to school, switching to online teaching.

In Nghe An, online teaching is facing many difficulties. According to statistics, the province currently has 1,035 educational institutions from primary to high school with more than 635,000 students organizing online teaching. Of which, 69,727 students at all levels are lacking facilities and equipment (more than 42,000 students from poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households).

For many years, orphans and children in especially difficult circumstances who have been adopted and raised at SOS Children's Village Vinh have received special attention from the whole society.
