Criminal detention of 2 subjects blocking the truck on Highway 46
(Baonghean.vn) - The subjects who blocked the truck on National Highway 46 were detained by Thanh Chuong District Police for investigation.
According to information from Thanh Chuong District Police, the unit is temporarily detaining two suspects Phan Bao Ngoc (born in 1990), residing in Vo Liet Commune, Thanh Chuong District, and Hoang Van Thang (born in 1998), residing in Thanh Long Commune, Thanh Chuong District, to investigate the acts of property destruction and disturbing public order.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported that at around 2:00 p.m. on December 17, Phan Bao Ngoc was driving a motorbike on National Highway 46 when he was hit by a truck with license plate 37C-19.021, driven by Mr. LDT (born in 1996), residing in Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Chuong district, traveling in the same direction, causing Ngoc to fall onto the road.
Then, Ngoc and his friends chased after him on a motorbike to ask Mr. LDT to stop and talk.
The group then caught up with the truck, but Mr. T. did not get out of the car, so Ngoc used a tree branch over 1 meter long to smash the car's window and rearview mirror. Joining Ngoc was Hoang Van Thang (born in 1998), residing in Thanh Long commune, Thanh Chuong district.
