(Baonghean.vn) - In the coming time, if households do not hand over land to the district to implement the Tan Ky Solid and Liquid Waste Treatment Plant Project, the local government will organize enforcement according to the provisions of law.

Given the reality ofTan Ky districtThere is no waste treatment plant yet. On November 17, 2020, the Provincial People's Committee approved the policy of building the Tan Ky solid and liquid waste treatment plant project in Tan Long commune, with a planning area of ​​more than 33,492 m2, total project capital 158 billion VND.

Of this planned area, there are more than 33,333 m2is perennial crop land, 5% public land managed by Tan Long Commune People's Committee, has been assigned to 4 households for production. The remaining area is more than 159 m2managed by Tan Long Commune People's Committee.

Accordingly, Tan Ky District People's Committee has a compensation and support plan.land clearanceAccording to State regulations to implement the investment project to build a solid and liquid waste treatment plant in Tan Ky district for a recovered land area of ​​more than 33,492 m2is more than 2 billion 117 million VND. This compensation and site clearance support plan has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

However, up to now, 1/4 of households have not yet handed over land to the district to implement the project, causing the project's construction to be easily delayed.

Mr. Phan Van Giap - Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee said that the district's viewpoint is to protect the implementation of the project of the district's solid and liquid waste treatment plant. Therefore, the district People's Committee has assigned specialized departments to study documents according to the provisions of law to find solutions for implementation. If households do not comply with the land allocation for the project, the district will organizecoerciveas prescribed by law.

It is known that on June 21, the Department of Justice issued an official dispatch guiding the enforcement procedures, according to the opinion of Tan Ky district. Accordingly, Tan Ky district has the legal basis to enforce the property on the land of the remaining household, in accordance with the provisions of law.
