A. Recruiting teachers from other institutions: 5 people, specifically:
1. Recruiting Grade III preschool teachers:3 people
- Minimum required qualification: College degree in Early Childhood Education.
2. Recruiting Grade III teachers to teach elementary school subjects:1 person
- Minimum required professional qualification: Bachelor's degree in Primary Education.
3. Recruiting Grade III History teachers for junior high school level:1 person
- Minimum required professional qualifications: University degree in History Education (or Bachelor of History with a teaching certificate as prescribed).
B. Recruitment: 125 people, specifically:
1. Recruitment of Grade III Preschool Teachers:62 people
- Minimum required qualification: College degree in Early Childhood Education.
2. Recruitment of Accounting Officers for Preschools (Assistant Clerk and equivalent positions):6 people
- Minimum required qualifications: College degree in accounting or higher.
3. Recruitment of Secretarial Officers for Preschools:10 people
- Specialist and equivalent positions: 2 people (Requirements: Bachelor's degree in document management, archiving, information management, or history, with a certificate of professional training in document management issued by an authorized training institution).
- Staff positions: 8 people (Requirements: Intermediate level in administrative document management, document management and archiving, archiving, or information management, with a certificate of professional training in document management issued by an authorized training institution).
4. Recruitment of Preschool Healthcare Staff:05 people
- Healthcare officials, Grade III: 2 people (Required qualifications: Doctor of Preventive Medicine; General Practitioner).
- Healthcare officials, Grade IV: 3 people (Required qualification: Intermediate level medical assistant).
5. Recruitment of Grade III Culture Teachers for Primary Schools:18 people
- Minimum required professional qualification: Bachelor's degree in Primary Education.
6. Recruitment of Grade III Music Teachers for Primary Schools:1 person
- Minimum required qualification: University degree in Music Education.
7. Recruitment of Grade III Foreign Language Teachers for Primary Schools:3 people (Minimum required qualifications: University degree in English Pedagogy (or Bachelor of English, with a teaching certificate as prescribed), and a Level 4 Foreign Language certificate as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGD&ĐT).
8.Recruiting Grade III Computer Science teachers for primary school level:3 people
- Minimum required professional qualifications: University degree in Computer Science Education (or Bachelor's degree, Computer Engineering degree, with a teaching certificate as prescribed).
9. Recruitment of Library Staff and Office Administrators for Primary Schools:7 people
- Library staff, Public Administration Grade III: 2 people (Requirements: University degree in library science (or university degree in school equipment technology, information technology, computer science, history, with a certificate of professional knowledge and skills training in information and library science issued by a competent agency or organization).
- Library staff, Public Administration level IV: 05 people (Requires a vocational college degree in Information and Library Science).
10. Recruitment of Administrative Staff for Primary Schools:6 people
- Specialist and equivalent positions: 1 person (Requires a Bachelor's degree in document management, archiving, or information management, history, and a certificate of professional training in document management issued by an authorized training institution).
- Staff position: 05 people (Requirements: Intermediate level qualification in administrative document management, document management and archiving, archiving, or intermediate level in information management with a document management training certificate issued by an authorized training institution).
11. Recruitment of Grade III Biology teachers for junior high school level:1 person
- Minimum required professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biology Education (or Bachelor of Biology with a teaching certificate as prescribed).
12. Recruitment of Grade III Technology teachers for lower secondary schools:1 person
- Minimum required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education Technology or a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, and a teaching certificate as prescribed.
13. Recruitment of Grade III Computer Science teachers for junior high school level: 1 person
- Minimum required professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Education (or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a teaching certificate as prescribed).
14. Recruitment of Grade III Literature teachers for the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center:1 person
- Minimum required professional qualifications: University degree in Literature Education (or Bachelor of Literature, with a teaching certificate as prescribed).
* For cases of acceptanceIn addition to the above standards, the following criteria must also be met:
- Has been appointed to a professional title and has been rated as having satisfactorily completed assigned tasks in the last two years.
- Must have at least 5 years of teaching experience, and have achieved one of the following titles during their work: Excellent Teacher at the district level or higher; Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level or higher; Certificate of Merit or Commendation at the district level or higher.
- Having a desire to transfer to a local position; with the approval of the Principal of the current unit and the competent authority managing civil servants.
2. Conditions and criteria for application:Meet the eligibility requirements for application as stipulated in Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees dated November 15, 2010.
3. Recruitment method:Admission(As stipulated in Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government andDecree No. 85/2023/ND-CP, dated December 7, 2023, of the Government.
