Notice of recruitment of civil servants
Tan Ky District People's Committee announces the reception and recruitment of civil servants for public service units under Tan Ky District People's Committee, 2024.
I- Number, title and position of recruitment: 130 people, specifically:
A- Receiving teachers on the payroll from other places: 05 people, specifically:
1. Accepting Grade III teachers to teach Preschool:03 people
- Minimum qualification required: College of Preschool Education.
2. Receiving grade III teachers to teach primary school culture:01 person
- Minimum qualification required: Bachelor of Education (Education) Primary School.
3. Accepting grade III teachers to teach History at secondary level:01 person
- Minimum professional qualifications required: University of History Education (or Bachelor of History with pedagogical certificate as prescribed).
B- Recruitment: 125 people, specifically:
1. Recruitment of Grade III Teachers for Preschool:62 people
- Minimum qualification required: College of Preschool Education.
2. Recruitment of Accounting Officers for Preschool level, officer level and equivalent:06 people
- Minimum professional qualifications required: College degree in accounting or higher.
3. Recruitment of Preschool Clerical Staff:10 people
- Specialist level and equivalent: 02 people (Requires Bachelor's degree in clerical, archival or Information Management, History, with a certificate of clerical training issued by a competent training institution).
- Staff: 08 people (Requires Intermediate level of Administrative Documents, Documents-Archiving, Archiving or Intermediate level of Information Management, with a certificate of training in document skills issued by a competent training institution).
4. Recruitment of Preschool Health Officers:05 people
- Grade III Medical Officer: 02 people (Required qualifications: Preventive Medicine Doctor; General Practitioner).
- Grade IV Medical Officer: 03 people (Required level of professional qualification: Intermediate level of medical practitioner).
5. Recruitment of teachers to teach Culture level III at Primary level:18 people
- Minimum qualification required: Bachelor of Education (Education) Primary School.
6. Recruitment of Grade III Music teachers for Primary School:01 person
- Minimum qualification required: Bachelor of Music Education.
7. Recruitment of Foreign Language teachers level III at Primary level:03 people (Minimum professional qualifications required: Bachelor of English Pedagogy (or Bachelor of English, with pedagogical certificate as prescribed), with level 4 Foreign Language certificate as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGD&DT).
8.Recruiting teachers of Information Technology level III, Primary level:03 people
- Minimum professional qualifications required: University of Information Technology Education (or Bachelor, Information Technology engineer, with pedagogical certificate as prescribed).
9. Recruitment of Library Officers and Primary School Office Administrators:07 people
- Library Officer, Level III QTCS: 02 people (Requires a university degree in library science (or university degree in school equipment technology, information technology, informatics, history, with a certificate of training in knowledge and professional skills in information and library science issued by a competent agency or organization).
- Library Officer, Level IV QTCS: 05 people (Requires Intermediate level of Information - Library).
10. Recruitment of Primary School Clerical Officers:06 people
- Specialist level and equivalent: 01 person (Requires Bachelor's degree in clerical, archival or information management, history, with a certificate of clerical training issued by a competent training institution).
- Staff: 05 people (Requires Intermediate level of Administrative Documents, Documents-Archiving, Archiving or Intermediate level of Information Management with a certificate of training in document skills issued by a competent training institution).
11. Recruiting Grade III teachers to teach Biology at secondary level:01 person
- Minimum professional qualifications required: University of Pedagogy Biology (or Bachelor of Biology with pedagogical certificate as prescribed).
12. Recruitment of Grade III teachers to teach Technology at Secondary School:01 person
- Minimum professional qualifications required: Bachelor of Technology Education or University in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and pedagogical certificate as prescribed.
13. Recruitment of Grade III teachers to teach Informatics at secondary level: 01 person
- Minimum professional qualifications required: University of Information Technology Education (or University of Information Technology, with a certificate of pedagogical skills as prescribed).
14. Recruiting grade III teachers to teach Literature at the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education:01 person
- Minimum professional qualifications required: Bachelor of Literature (or Bachelor of Literature, with a certificate of pedagogical skills as prescribed).
* For admission cases: In addition to the above standards, the following criteria must also be met:
- Appointed to a professional title rank, classified as having completed assigned tasks well in the last 2 years.
- Have at least 5 years of teaching experience, and have achieved one of the following titles during the working process: Excellent teacher at district level or higher; emulation fighter from grassroots level or higher; certificate of merit from district level or higher.
- Have a wish to transfer to work in the locality; have the consent of the Principal of the working unit and the competent authority managing civil servants.
2. Conditions and standards for registration:Meet the conditions for registration as prescribed in Article 22, Law on Civil Servants dated November 15, 2010.
3. Recruitment form:Admission(According to the provisions of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government andDecree No. 85/2023/ND-CP, dated December 7, 2023 of the Government).
