(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 29, the Central Public Security Party Committee coordinated with the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee to organize a Conference to implement the decision of the Secretariat promulgating the Coordination Regulations between the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees.
Comrade Vo Van Thuong - Politburo member, Standing member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat attended and directed the Conference to review the coordination regulations between the Central Public Security Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Inspection Commissions of provincial and municipal Party Committees in the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline. At the Conference, Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security thoroughly implemented Decision No. 17 dated June 22, 2021 of the Secretariat on the coordination regulations between the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee in performing the tasks of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline against Party organizations and Party members of the Public Security Party Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.
This coordination regulation aims to create an important political basis for the Central Public Security Party Committee and provincial and municipal Party Committees to determine and define the roles and responsibilities of Party committees in coordinating "dual" leadership of the Public Security of provinces and centrally-run cities in the work of inspection, supervision and Party discipline. At the same time, this is also a favorable condition for implementing the work of building Party organizations and building a strong and gradually modernized local Public Security force, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting security and order and contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.

The conference also approved a summary report on the implementation of the Coordination Regulations between the Central Public Security Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Inspection Committees of the Central Provincial and Municipal Party Committees in performing the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks for the 2015-2020 term. The results of the implementation of the Coordination Regulations have helped the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees grasp the situation of the Party organization and Party members; promptly assess the strengths and weaknesses to lead and direct the overcoming of limitations, shortcomings and weaknesses. Thereby, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and local Public Security.
Regarding the key tasks for the 2020-2025 term, it is necessary to strengthen coordination to grasp the situation in order to promptly detect and rectify, not to let shortcomings and shortcomings become violations, small violations become major violations, and individual violations become organizational violations. In the past 4 years, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Provincial Public Security Party Committee's Inspection Commission coordinated with the Standing Committees and Inspection Commissions of districts, cities and towns to conduct many inspections at the District Public Security Party Committees. Through internal affairs meetings and coordination activities between the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, they proposed to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee policies and handling orientations to direct many prominent cases and cases.
