In 2021, overcoming the difficulties and challenges caused by the complicated developments of the Covid 19 pandemic, butTHADS workThe provincial administration continues to be focused on and implemented synchronously, with focus, key points, promptly and comprehensively through effective programs, plans, measures and solutions. Thanks to that, the province's administrative and civil service work continues to have positive progress and changes, increasingly sustainable, achieving and exceeding assigned targets.

Regarding civil judgment enforcement, 13,189 cases were completed, reaching 83.37%, exceeding 1.87% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Justice and the General Department of Civil Judgments. Regarding money, 474,398,314,000 VND were completed, reaching 43.43%, exceeding 3.33% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Justice and the General Department of Civil Judgments. The work of monitoring the enforcement of administrative judgments achieved high results, organizing the monitoring of 19/19 judgments and decisions with monitoring content, reaching 100% of the assigned target.

Speaking at the conference, comrades Tran Thi Phuong Hoa - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, commended the results achieved by the units in civil judgment enforcement and administrative work in 2021.

Based on the plan to implement tasks in 2022, comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, requested that civil enforcement agencies proactively overcome limitations and synchronously implement breakthrough solutions.

Accordingly, focus on directing the implementation to achieve and exceed assigned targets and tasks of THADS and administrative judgments. Resolve economic corruption cases, bank credit cases, major cases that affect targets and tasks, complicated and prolonged cases with complaints. Focus on classifying cases accurately and in accordance with the law; strictly follow the order and procedures for civil judgment enforcement and direct the settlement of outstanding and newly arising administrative judgments that have come into effect.

Continue to direct the synchronous application of the model "Skilled mass mobilization in THADS" in the province to persuade the parties to comply, and at the same time resolutely make plans to organize enforcement for cases that have conditions but still deliberately do not comply.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Justice awarded the "Emulation Flag of the Judicial Sector" in 2021 to the collective of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and the Yen Thanh District Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department; recognized the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" in 2021 to 10 collectives; awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 12 individuals.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement on civil judgment enforcement and administrative judgment enforcement monitoring in the province.
