'Advise and promptly resolve urgent issues'

(Baonghean) -His action planPhan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; candidate for the Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021 in constituency No. 14, Quy Chau district.

This is the first time I have been able to run for the Provincial People's Council (term 2016 - 2021), but I have had time to rotate to the grassroots level and participate in Provincial People's Council meetings as a guest. I see this as a forum for each People's Council delegate to convey pressing issues, thoughts, aspirations and legitimate proposals of voters to the Provincial People's Council; participate in promoting intelligence and voting on important decisions of the province.

Being a member of the Provincial People's Council is both an honor and a responsibility for me. If elected, I will carry out the following key tasks:

Firstly: I will regularly maintain relationships with voters; through meetings with voters before and after each session of the People's Council or through various communication channels, to grasp the pressing issues, thoughts, aspirations and legitimate suggestions of voters in order to convey and honestly reflect voters' opinions to the Provincial People's Council and relevant sectors. At the same time, I will report to voters the results of the activities of the People's Council and myself.

Second: I will fulfill my responsibilities in fully participating in meetings, sessions and activities of the People's Council; contributing opinions, discussing and voting on issues within the duties and powers of the People's Council and participating in supervising the implementation of the State's policies, laws and guidelines.

Third: Working at the Provincial Party Committee Office, I will proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee Office on the annual work program and monthly work plan of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to ensure comprehensive leadership in all areas, while focusing on key points and promptly resolving urgent issues in the area.

As Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, in charge of the economic and internal affairs sectors, I will actively advise and propose to the provincial leaders on socio-economic development and internal affairs, and effective anti-corruption. At the same time, I will receive citizens, receive and advise on the handling of complaints, denunciations, and petitions of citizens, forward them to competent authorities for resolution, and notify the complainants, denouncers, and petitioners.

Fourth: Actively follow the grassroots, join with Quy Chau district (the nominated candidate) to have solutions to carry out the socio-economic development tasks in the period of 2016 - 2020. In particular, focus on issues of concern such as:

- Attract investment, increase budget revenue, develop industry - handicrafts - trade and services, build economic models suitable for the area, speed up the construction progress of key projects and unfinished projects in the area such as: Bringing electricity from the center of 3 inner communes to the village, Hoa Hai bridge...

- Pay attention to poverty reduction, increase income and improve people's lives, bring people in remote areas closer to medical, educational and information and communication services. Propose to competent authorities to solve and remove problems at the grassroots level.

Fifth: To complete the above tasks, I will always try my best, learn, be open-minded, practice, cultivate morality, be responsible for my goals and work to serve the people and fulfill assigned tasks well, be exemplary in life; stick closely to the grassroots to direct and advise branches and local levels to promptly resolve issues arising from the grassroots, worthy of being a delegate of the Provincial People's Council and the trust and expectations of voters.
