Visit and give gifts to policy families in Yen Thanh, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 23, authorized by the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of the province, comrade Ho Thi Chau Loan - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and representatives of local authorities visited and presented gifts to policy families, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Homes for Martyrs' Relatives in the localities.
In Dien Chau district, the delegation visited the Home for Martyrs' Relatives - which is directly caring for 30 people who are wives, mothers, children of martyrs, seriously wounded soldiers, and lonely people with no one to rely on.

During the visit and gift-giving ceremony, the delegation representative expressed their deep gratitude to the families who have contributed to the revolution. At the same time, they affirmed that the sacrifices of the mothers and families have greatly contributed to the cause of fighting and liberating the country; hoping that with the tradition of 30 years of operation, in the coming time, the staff at the Nursing Home will continue to promote the spirit of exemplary solidarity, do a good job of caring for and nurturing people who have contributed to the revolution and build this place into a second home for policy beneficiaries...

Also in Dien Chau district, the delegation visited and presented gifts to two families of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Vo Thi Lon (Dien Phuc commune) - a mother with only one child who is a martyr and a severely wounded soldier Pham Sy An. This is a typical example of a wounded soldier who is "disabled but not useless", doing well economically and has successful children.
On the same day, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to two families with many difficulties in Nghi Loc district. They are war invalid Hoang Van Thuy (Nghi Hung commune), who is currently suffering from a serious illness, and the family of martyr Tran Thi Nguyen, a single mother in Nghi Dong commune.
