According to the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, Hemaraj Company has researched and implemented two industrial park and urban projects in the sub-zones of the Southeast Economic Zone. Specifically, project 1 is WHA Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park - Nghe An with a total expected area of ​​over 2,040 hectares including: Consolidated Industrial Park with an area of ​​nearly 1,841 hectares (area A - Nam Cam Industrial Park: 320 hectares; area D - Nam Cam Industrial Park: nearly 1,221 hectares and Duty-free Zone: 300 hectares) and Urban Area (commercial, apartment) with an area of ​​200 hectares.

Accordingly, this industrial park will be located in many communes of Nghi Loc district. Project 2 is WHA Hemaraj 2 Industrial Park - Nghe An, implemented in Dien Chau district with a total expected area of ​​over 1,159 hectares, including: Tho Loc Industrial Park with an area of ​​over 959 hectares and an urban area (commercial, apartment) with an area of ​​200 hectares.

In early May, a high-ranking delegation of Hemaraj with the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director and the Executive Director went directly to Nghe An to survey the Nam Cam and Tho Loc Industrial Parks, as well as the province's infrastructure.

At the meeting with the provincial leaders, Hemaraj Company said that it basically agreed with the investment plan in the above locations, initially implementing in Zone A, Nam Cam Industrial Park. Mr. David Nardone - CEO of Hemaraj Company affirmed: "Immediately after this meeting, the company will develop a detailed plan for project implementation in the province, estimated total investment and implementation progress and submit it to the province in July 2016".

On the side of Nghe An province, comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: "Nghe An province commits to clearing the land and handing it over to investors within 90 days for agricultural land and 180 days for non-agricultural land".

In particular, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: "After 1 month from the date of receiving the procedures from Hemaraj Company, Nghe An province will issue the investment certificate to the investor, expected at the end of July 2016".

Hemaraj Company also signed an investment cooperation agreement to jointly develop industrial parks in the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An province, Vietnam with the Transport Construction Corporation 4 (Cienco 4) at a ceremony held right after the working session with Nghe An provincial leaders on the morning of May 4.

Here, the senior leader of Hemaraj said that this company is planning to invest in Vietnam - a market with great potential and large development potential. In that strategy, Nghe An is the first destination in Vietnam that this Thai industrial park infrastructure development giant has chosen.
