Establish patrol teams to handle violations of fireworks on New Year's Eve

Accordingly, Nghe An will mobilize the combined strength of the political system and people of all walks of life to effectively implement firecracker prevention and control work during Tet in the locality and management fields.

Authorities have increased patrols and controls at key locations, traffic routes, train stations, wharves, bus stations, shopping malls, markets, etc. to detect and strictly handle subjects who illegally trade and transport fireworks.

Establish at least one working group in each commune, ward and town to ensure security and order, in conjunction with propaganda, inspection and handling of violations related to fireworks on New Year's Eve.

On New Year's Eve, the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns must assign leaders to directly inspect and guide the work of ensuring security, order and firecracker prevention and control at key grassroots locations.

Any unit or locality that lacks attention and direction in implementing drastic measures to prevent and combat fireworks, allowing fireworks violations in the area or management field to become complicated, especially the illegal use of fireworks on New Year's Eve, the head or deputy head in charge of the administrative part of that unit or locality must be strictly disciplined according to regulations.
